How is it that chris matthews can actually call his show “Hardball with Chris Matthews” and NEVER actually play hardball with someone whose opinion actually matters, like the presidential candidates.  Really now, if chris would put the heat to mccain for flip flopping, lying, not supporting the GI Bill or any other dozen issues, or played hardball with hillary for the dozens of outright lies she has told throughout the campaign, he might actually be considered a journalist instead of being the drooling, babbling host of the Entertainment Tonight of political theatre.  What a wuss.

I am so sick of chris perpetrating this “Hardball” fraud.  He is so busy trying to be popular instead of being a journalist.  He should go suck on a bottle of gin and MSNBC should give his slot to Rachel Maddow.  At least she has a brain, original thoughts and can conduct an intellectual conversatio.  chris matthews reminds me of the kid in elementary school that would offer his lunch money to the bully, without being asked.  what a punk.

This is so far beyond reasonable. Racist journalists actually refuse to call Hillary and Bill clinton on their clearly, racist and unconcionable behavior?  If Hillary Clinton gets that fucking stupid when she becomes “tired,” then she doesn’t deserve consideration for president, vice president or senator.  What’s next, accidentally calling Senator Obama a nigger!?

Given that Hillary Clinton has made reference to Obama and the Kennedy assasination at least three separate times, this could not have been accidental.  She is exhibiting what appears to be sociopathic tendencies.

Chris Matthews is a pussy who wishes he could play hardball.  Instead of holding his wicked bitch friend hillary clinton accountable for her crap, he pretends to play the devil’s advocate and ask “tough” rhetorical questions.  Yet, he has never once had Hillary on the show to play “hardball” and made her own her statements, positions and actions in public.  Instead, chris matthews wastes an hour every single day, slobbering all over himself (i often wonder if he is drunk on air), repeating the word hardball and serving no purpose.  Of course, he can’t pass up an opportunity to suck his on dick after putting a “nobody” on the hot seat last week and proving that that idiot guest of his actually knew less than chris matthews himself.  wow, maybe you will win a pulitzer for that piece of journalistic nonesense.   Why don’t you actually play hardball with people whose opinions matter, you idiot.

Come on, he is too old to be president.  Despite McCain’s ineptitude, he is way too old.  He will die of cancer or old age while in office.  Frankly, I don’t like the idea of people electing a Vice President in the General Election, since we all know that McCain will die in office, if by some stroke of bad luck, he wins the presidential election. 

Out of curiosity, shouldn’t McCain’s psychiatric records be included in his medical records?  I am more worried about him plunging us into war as a result of his PTSD than whether he dies of cancer during his first year in office, if he wins.

You know, cancer is like alcoholism.  McCain still has cancer, it is just in remission.  Come on people, wake up!

Come on people!  Where is the Democratic leadership?  This Clinton Circus is still raging forward and you don’t have the balls to end it.  It was bad enough that Fuckaby made the gross reference to assassination in reference to Senator Obama last week.  Now it is Hillary who is showing the world that she can always stoop lower.  It is unfathomable that this beast, Hillary, wants to be elected president; yet, she continues to make statements that are so inexcusably inappropriate and fall back to being tired, fatigued, misunderstood, misquoted, and taken out of context.  If she can’t think straight and endure the rigors of a campaign, how can she rule this nation and be effective under the stress of the office of the president of the United States?

Is she so desperate now that she is trying to plant a seed with some kook to attempt something stupid???  She continues to make statements that are loaded and by proxy, then deny her true intention.  Bill and Hillary should crawl into a cave and never come out.  This is shameful, despicable and the very reason that she and all of her ardent supporters should have been on the Titanic when it sank!

What losers Bill and Hillary are.  What I find so disappointing is that these two clowns actually lived in the Whitehouse and travelled the world as representatives of this country’s citizens!

Super delegates should take heed and remember that their elections are going to follow and they just might find that their lack of a backbone and the inability to take leadership positions, take a stand and do the right thing is going to render many of these imbeciles impotent during their next election cycle.

Does anyone have the list of all of the horrible things that have come out of the Clinton camp that Hillary later denied or regretted?  Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton are racist, hateful, fat, ugly lying, stinky pigs!!

I find it mind boggling that the Clintons are so arrogant in their delusional belief that they can spew such horrible filth and everyone is too dumb to read between the lines of their twisted messages.  Somehow, they think they are pulling some subliminal wool over our eyes.

This is a very disturbing rumor that has been floating around for at least one week or more.  Initially it was limited to fringe media and the story has now made its way to MSM and was reported today on CNN.

I am an Obama supporter, who initially was a fan of Hillary Clinton who has waited for years to see her run for president.  Hillary and Bill turned out to be very untrustworthy, immoral individuals and lost my support late in 2007.  I am sorry to say that the Clintons are TOXIC.  The Clintons have spent months trying to destroy Obama.

ANY close association with Hillary Clinton will be a death nail for Obama.  Billary dug deep into their bag of tricks to destroy Obama and he owes them nothing.  If he merges campaigns with Clinton, she will take credit for getting him elected.  If Obama uses my hard earned money to retire a debt that Clinton recklessly ran up, I will never give another dime to the Obama campaign.  Bill and Hillary Clinton earned more than $100 million, let them pay their own campaign debts.  Or, better yet, let all of the die-hard Hillary supporters pony up the money for debts.  Remember, all of the millions of supporters she claims to have, all of proclimations that “the people have spoken,” all of the millions who have given her the “lead” which she can always seem to manufacture.

Screw Hillary Clinton, screw Bill Clinton, Screw Chelsy Clinton, all of her supposed 15 million voters/supporters, and her supposed high priced advisors.  Why on God’s earth would I or anyone who has given hard earned money to the Obama campaign in any way shape or form pay hillary clinto back or retire the debts that she owes to those who have orchestrated a campaign strategy against Obama that is worse than anything ever perpetrated by the idiot, right wing fanatic, Karl Rove.

Right now as I type this, Hillary Clinton continues to spend her campaign into debt.  I will not pay for such arrogance or ignorance.  In fact, if Obama gives a single cent to Clinton, I will ask for my donations to be refunded in protest.

THIS would be a ship-sinking strategic error.

This will be short and sweet.  $30 in three months is meaningless, even to the low income.  Hillary clinton is such a liar and intellictual contortionist.  she now claims that $30 is meaningful to the working class white voter who has to “drive to town” daily and decide to buy gas rather than eat.

Let’s ask Hillary this question:  How is it that anyone who drives from a small town to the big city every day and is clearly working, can have a life changing event by saving $30?

The people for whom that amount of money is meaningful, don’t own a car, have a job or own a home.  You can’t have it both ways, Hillary.  Your math regarding the working poor who commute for miles and miles doesn’t add up.

I am of the mind that Reverend Wright’s recent “performances” were detestable.  I also believe that had the Rev. could have used his spotlight to totally elevate the tenor and focus of the current discussions of race and patriotism.  Instead, just as sure as the establishment “played” him, he didn’t miss a bit “floor showin’” and acting out like a 5 year old who commandeers the Holiday performance.

What a goon the Rev. Wright was, in front of the world.  He basically traded 30 years of goodwill for a mainline shot to his ego.  In addition, he will certainly be written into history as the fool who did or tried to derail the first viable african american presidential candidate in history.  This is certainly not the legacy that I would want to leave to my ancestors.  Additionally, his antics on stage made it clear to those in the know that he is a member of the Q Dogs, an historical African American fraternity.  The problem is that this fraternity, which claims amongst it membership very prominent African American Men, was lowered to the level of a circus troop.

Let’s be real about this Rev. Wright issue is something that every american has a right and duty to be concerned about.

The degree to which we have examined the Rev. Wright issue, ad nauseum, should be the degree to which we examine everyting about each of the presidential candidates, and any elected official, for that fact.

Billary Clinton has a history (decades long) of lies, deceipt, recklessness, pandering, and doing anything that is required to be elected to public office and to deflect negative publicity.

We as americans know that business as usual does not work in the favor of the average american.  what on earth could barack obama do in a four year term as president that could approach the horrific bush/cheney presidency?  Really?  This is the time to take responsibility, be responsible, excercise the rights that we are always bitching about being taken away from us, and allow someone who appears to be a once in a lifetime candidate put his money where his mouth is?

Doesn’t it seem odd that numerous politicians have defected from the clintons.  these are politicians whose lifetime of succecess, political standing, economic wellbeing, and political futures rely on the clintons?

Anyway, i say the best way to paringy fair taxes, reverse the effects of corporate welfare, bringing our soilders home from Iraq, preventing the war in Iraq, and giving ownership of this country back to the people, then vote your logical mind and not your emotional, political, racist, or gender biased perspective(s).

Reverend Wright is a distraction!  Listen, people.  Do you really think that the opinion of someone you have never heard of, who is NOT running for public office really matters?  I do not.  he clinton campaign is full of lies.  Think about this:  Why would someone (billary clinton) who claims to be the strongest, most electable candidate spend all of her media time talking, not about herself, but about why the other guy, obama, is not electable?  REALLY NOW!  This is a ridiculous strategy and an insult to those of us who use our brains!

Wright And Ridiculous

Of all the strange features of this presidential race, the tarnishing of Barack Obama has got to be the most ridiculous. First Obama was accused of anti-religious elitism. Then he was accused of identifying with the underclass anger of his spiritual mentor. Excuse me, but which is it? Am I supposed to believe that Obama is a supercilious elitist or a menacing ghetto radical? Is he contemptuous of religion or too close to a religious leader? Obama’s critics don’t bother to say. Meanwhile, real character issues go relatively unheeded.

Start with Obama’s turbulent preacher. Yes, Jeremiah Wright says some disgraceful things. But can anyone explain how that changes Obama’s qualities as a candidate? Is anyone suggesting that an Obama administration would view AIDS as a government plot to kill African Americans? Or that it would govern from the perspective that the United States is a terrorist nation? Obviously an Obama administration would do no such thing. Which makes the storm over the preacher an absurd digression.

The Wright affair tells us that Obama bonded with someone whose political views are sometimes toxic. But as a young man trying to make sense of his mixed heritage, Obama looked to Wright for spiritual guidance, not political tutorials; as a community organizer, Obama focused on Wright’s admirable social work, not his resentment of the white establishment. Indeed, Obama’s own views on race and politics were diametrically opposed to those of his pastor. This is the candidate who campaigned for as long as possible as though race were irrelevant — as though the tantalizing prospect that the United States might elect its first black president were merely incidental. A few months ago, there were those who suggested that Obama was not black enough. Now he is too black? This is preposterous.

If Obama clearly does not share Wright’s views, of what precisely is he guilty? Of befriending someone with repugnant opinions? Anyone who condemns Obama on that basis should examine his own circumstances. Real human beings present one another with complex social choices: The dependable work buddy may be unfaithful to his wife; the salt-of-the-earth neighbor may despise Hispanic immigrants. How many Obama critics have themselves been friendly with someone with misguided views? What about Bill Clinton, who counted the one-time segregationist William Fulbright among his mentors?

George W. Bush has taught us that “you are with us or you are against us” is not a good basis for a foreign policy, and the same is true of much human endeavor. It would be impossible for people to join a political party if they had to agree with everything it stood for. It would be impossible for liberal Catholics to worship if they had to storm out of the church the moment they disagreed with something uttered from the pulpit. As a matter of political tactics, Obama should have avoided tying himself to Wright. But, rather refreshingly, Obama is not one of those politicians who obsessed about his presidential viability from the moment he entered college.

Which brings us to that other attack on Obama: that his comment about blue-collar voters “clinging” to guns and religion makes him an elitist. The remark may have been untactful, as Obama himself said. But what did it tell us about Obama’s fitness to be president? Would he use his power to discriminate against churchgoers? His own churchgoing suggests not. Would he control guns? One hopes so. And is he really an elitist snob? After Harvard Law School, Obama could have pursued a career that involved contact only with hypereducated brainiacs like him. But by working as a community organizer and in state politics, he chose a life that put him among ordinary folk. The elitist label is ridiculous.

The real character issue, in this campaign as in others, comes down to one thing: Does a candidate have the guts to espouse positions that are not politically expedient? Here there are serious questions about Obama, who pledges to pull out of Iraq no matter what, and who promises both to increase spending and not to raise taxes on anybody making less than $200,000 to $250,000 a year, ensuring the perpetuation of crippling federal deficits. For that matter, there are serious questions about Hillary Clinton, who proposes an irresponsible gas-tax holiday, and about John McCain, who couples gas pandering with a flip-flop on the Bush tax cuts, which he once (correctly) viewed as unaffordable. But these genuine character issues have been shunted aside by the spectacle of Obama’s falling-out with his preacher.

The Obama-Wright “revelations” are really a revelation about our political culture: About its failure to distinguish the important from the trivial and about the inevitability that the race card will eventually be played against a black candidate. If the once formidable Obama campaign is knocked off course by these “revelations” in tomorrow’s primaries, it will be a travesty.

Just an observation that irks me on a regular basis. Why is it that whenever the mainstream media does a story about the mortgage crisis and sub-prime borrowers, almost without exception they show the images of and profile low income borrowers who are black or ethnic?

Why isn’t CNN, CNBC, ABC, or any of the other networks profiling the brokers who misled borrowers and got rich doing it or the large number of whites and upper income individuals who were also obtaining loans beyond their means? Afterall, the liar loans were prevelant at every level of society. Take a look at the number of million dollar plus homes in southern California which were financed during the real estate boom and are now foreclosed upon. Let’s be real. All of this talk about bad loans should not be limited to those who are typically targeted by the media as scapegoats. People were in over their heads at every level of society.

If we are going to bail out the mortgage bankers and others who were actually supposed to be highly educated experts, then we should be willing to assist some (not all) homeowners who are in distress. Mark my words, the Feds would not be able to justify saving Countrywide Home Loans as a stand alone entity, but not to worry. Bank of America could not have made a worse investment, as it appears on the surface, anyway. Bank of America came to the aid of Countrywide and Bank of America will now be so saddled with bad debt that they will, as a bank, be able to run to the Feds for assistance. Of course, the feds will justify their propping up of yet another bank by saying that it is in the best interest of the economy. Of course, bush can think it critical enough that they fed rescue bear stearns but he refuses to characterize this economy as being in a recession. forget the clinical sense and semantics of the argument.

when will those “blue collar, middle Americans who vote their race and not their economic interests wake up? bush and the right wing conservative republicans are fucking you in the ass with no lube!

Let’s be clear, Candy Crowley of CNN, telling voters whatever they want to hear is not a campaign strategy and is not in any way an honest appeal to voters! With each passing day, I am coming to believe that Candy Crowley is quite dense and does not articulate an original thought or perform any independent analysis of her stories.

Candy Crowley is the epitome of a talking head who simply reads cue cards. OK, Candy, let me break it down for you, Hillary Clinton is a lier and tells voters what they want to hear. She will do anything, now that her campaign is broke, to gain (FREE) media visibility and play into the short sited inclinations of voters. Candy Crowley is yet another “gigantic” name on my ever-growing list of media/entertainment talking heads who does not have the professional capacity to be unbiased in her “reporting.” Funny, I used to like Candy Crowley, until her coverage of the obama/clinton battle began to nauseate me.

It is OK and completely understandable for everyone to have a favorite candidate. But when you are commonly accepted as a newscaster, it is incumbent upon you to refrain from letting your personal opinion tarnish the news that you are supposed to be reporting.

Back to Clinton lacking voter appeal. It is almost unanimously agreed upon by leading economists that the “gas tax holiday,” the ridiculous idea first proposed by john boy “imp” mccain, is a very bad idea. Of course, Hillary jumped on mccain’s bandwagon and endorsed the idea. Despite all of her whining about having so much experience, I am still not clear as to what original ideas she has proposed.

I have suggested in several previous posts that Hillary Clinton is more akin to right wing republicans than any democrat i have seen in recent decades. In fact, it was even said during one of tonight’s broadcasts of of discussion between national politcal pundits that the gas tax holiday may be the single worst proposed policy idea put forth during the entire campaign.

Where exactly can Hillary’s “testicular fortitude” be found? It certainly is not present in her campaign nor in her integrity. What America needs the least at this low point in our country’s history is someone who wants to serve out Bush’s third term and will do anything to accomplish that goal.

Let’s be clear, Hillary “you’re a bitch” clinton. You are the very last person I can think of right now who has the integrity to be America’s next president. pandering to voters, scratching the scab from our nation’s racist woulds and teasing voters with poposals and ideas that will never be enacted or supported by legistaters is disingeneous, to say the least. The reality is that voters have a short memory and even if Billary is elected in the general, she is not likely to make good on any of her promises.

Come on Hillary. If anyone should know when it is time to leave the party it is you. You remind me of the fat girl in high school who slept around. being the school slut made her feel good about herself and she was happy to get any attention, even bad attention. you are the slut of the democratic party and you will do anything to get attention for yourself, even if you infect the entire democratic party with aids. after all, you are operating from the perspective that you have nothing to lose. since you are already at the bottom of the barrel, you can only go up.
